Palisadians Say 'Cheers' For Scholarships
A wine tasting and auction fundraiser raises money for students at Palisades Charter High School.
Wine aficionados and taste makers gathered at the for the "" Saturday afternoon.
The event, which featured over 30 California wineries and delicious appetizers, is a partnership between the and the Palisades Optimist Foundation. The goal Saturday afternoon was to raise money for the Palisades Optimist Foundation Scholarship Fund.
The Foundation awards scholarship grants for students at . Scholarships go to students who have not received other awards, have financial need, show scholastic improvement and are involved in community service.
