Dennis Quaid Selling Palisades Home for $3.1M
The actor bought the home in early 2013 for his ex-wife and children.
The Pacific Palisades home actor Dennis Quaid purchased in February at 1239 Las Pulgas Road is now listed for $3.1 million, according to RealtyToday.com.
It features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with views of the city, ocean and coastline, and it also includes a salt water pool and spa.
RealtyToday speculates the home might be part of a divorce deal between Quaid and his wife, Kimberly.
In the short time they've owned it, the Quaids made some cosmetic changes to the home, according to Huffington Post.
