Pali Police Blotter: Housekeeping Hires Suspected of Taking Jewelry and Grand Theft Auto

The following information was supplied by the West L.A. Division of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Grand theft auto

Between Dec. 14 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 15 at 8 a.m. in the 500 block of Erskine Drive, a suspect took a vehicle from a car port, according to Los Angeles police.

Housekeepers suspected of stealing jewelry

Between Oct. 15 at 4 p.m. and Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the 700 block Latimer Road, a suspect (possibly one of five different housekeepers hired during that period) took jewelry from a home.

Burglary/theft from motor vehicle

  • Between Dec. 14 at 6 p.m. and Dec. 15 at 9 a.m. in the 700 block of Greentree Road, a suspect entered an unsecured vehicle and took clothing, a tennis racket and a briefcase.
  • Between Dec. 14 at 11 p.m. and Dc. 14 at 6:45 a.m. in the 16000 block of Northfield Street, a suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and took golf clubs and keys.

Thefts

  • Between Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. and Dec. 9 at 11:30 p.m. in the 17250 block of Sunset Boulevard, a suspect took a bicyle from a multi-unit garage.
  • On Dec. 12 between 12:15 and 1:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of Swarthmore Avenue, a suspect took a phone from a countertop.
