Pacific Palisades Police Blotter: 11-Year-Old Arrested For Battery, Teen Arrested For Marijuana Possession

The following crimes were reported between Jan. 22-Jan. 28. The information was provided by the Los Angeles Police Department.

Burglary/Theft From Motor Vehicle

1100 block of Napoli Dr.

• When: Between Jan. 24 at 9:15 p.m. and Jan. 25 at 8 a.m.
  
• What happened: The suspect entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and took money.

Burglary

1300 block of Allenford Ave.

• When: Jan. 24 between 12:50 p.m. and 8 p.m.
• What happened: The suspect entered the victim's unlocked home and took money, laptop computers, cameras and a television.

14900 block of McKendree Ave.

• When: Jan. 27 between 4:50 p.m. and 6:40 p.m.
• What happened: The suspect entered the victim's unlocked home and took money and jewelry.

Grand Theft

14000 block of Sunset Blvd.

• When: Jan. 25 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
• What happened: The suspect entered the victim's open garage and took a bicycle.

Petty Theft

15700 block of Bowdoin St.

• When: Jan. 21 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
• What happened: The suspect took the victim's iPhone from a swimming area.

Vandalism

700 block of Patterson Pl.

• When: Between Jan. 18 at 11 a.m. and Jan. 25 at 6 p.m.
• What happened: The suspect smashed the sunroof of the victim's vehicle.

Battery

1400 block of Allenford Ave.

• When: Jan. 26 at 12:30 p.m.
• What happened: An 11-year-old male was arrested for battery after throwing the victim to the ground, and then punching and kicking the victim.

Narcotics Arrest

1400 block of Allenford Ave.

• When: Jan. 27 at 2 p.m.
• What happened: A 14-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale.

Trespassing

1300 block of Bienveneda Ave.

• When: Jan. 25 between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
• What happened: The suspect entered the victim's home and searched two cabinets, but left without taking any property.

Arson

15100 block of Pacific Coast Hwy.

• When: Jan. 28 at 7:25 a.m.
• What happened: The suspect placed a burning towel on the deck of a lifeguard tower causing burn damage.
