Firefighters Rescuing Hikers in Santa Monica Mountains
The man and woman were either injured or fell ill, Fire department says.

City firefighters are rescuing a man and a woman who were hiking in
the Santa Monica Mountains, north of Will Rogers Beach, and either suffered
injuries or became ill, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey says. The hikers are being airlifted from the area for further medical evaluation,
Humphrey says.
