POSTPONED: Southbound 405 Fwy. to Close Monday, Tuesday Nights
Metro has postponed the planned closure of the southbound 405 Freeway tonight.
Metro announced Monday afternoon that it will be postponing the overnight closure of the southbound 405 Freeway.
The southbound 405 was scheduled to close from the 101 Freeway to Getty Center Drive on Monday and Tuesday nights.
According to Metro, crews were going to construct the falsework structure at the Mulholland Bridge and place girder plates "above each bridge span and across each direction of the freeway roadway."
