Readers' Choice Winner Scarlett's Cupcakes Receives Certificate

The Palisades cupcakery is the winner of the Pali Patch Readers' Choice Award for best cupcake.

Pali Patch made a few stops around town Wednesday to present Readers' Choice Awards to local businesses. Among the awardees was .

in the Palisades. Readers voted for the the local sweet spot in early March.

Katie Shannon, a Scarlett's Cupcakes employee, accepted the award on behalf of the cupakery. Shannon has been working for Scarlett's for two months.
