Leigh has been a longtime resident of the Northwest Valley since 1959 and in Chatsworth since 1983. Leigh has a law practice in Warner Center dealing with family law, construction, and real estate issues for 29 years.  Leigh has appeared as a columnist for the Daily Journal and opinion pieces for the Daily News and L.A. Times.  Leigh has degrees in History, Law, and Political Science and has worked in various political campaigns from 1974-1992.
I also provide mediation and divorce services to families who can afford one attorney.
