Fran Flanagan is one of the most respected real estate agents in the business. Throughout her three decade career in Los Angeles, she has been involved in literally thousands of transactions.

Working at the highest level in the real estate business, Fran has built a portfolio of loyal clients, friends, and high-net worth individuals who value her professionalism, experienced real estate representation, and local market knowledge. A long-time resident of Pacific Palisades, she can navigate the local luxury Westside market with precision and ease. Fran is a Trustee at Saint John’s Health Center, and serves on the Board of the Irene Dunne Guild, Saint John’s Health Center Foundation, California Riviera Homeowners Association, Women’s Auxiliary of Bel-Air Country Club, and the Center Theater Group (CTG) at the Ahmanson, Taper, and Kirk Douglas Theaters. She is also Founder and Chair of Think Pink for Women’s Wellness, the Irene Dunne Guild’s annual Mother’s Day awareness and prevention event. She and her husband Terry are active members of the Bel Air Bay Club, Bel Air Country Club, and California Art Club. Fran’s interests and pursuits in art, theater, world travel, helping others, and family have bolstered her enduring passion for creating communities, and helped her form an immediate bond with clients.

Fran began her real estate career in 1972, serving as a real estate agent and then Branch Manager for several well-known Westside real estate brokerages, most notably Jon Douglas Company. During her 20-year tenure at Jon Douglas Company, she was the Founding Manager of the Pacific Palisades office, Branch Manager of the flagship Brentwood office, and Westside Regional Manager, where she managed 16 branch offices from Beverly Hills to Malibu.
