Pearl Dragon opened in 2001, replacing the 50 year old House of Lee restaurant purchased by Tommy Stoilkovich and MikeMore Garrett. The menu is Asian fusion cuisine, specializing in sushi. Small plates, salads and plates can be ordered for dinner, with bento boxes and sushi combinations also available at lunch. Pearl Dragon kept one of House of Lee's popular items on the menu, the Wing Ding Burger, served with Wing Ding fries. The dark interior of the restaurant creates a mysterious, exclusive atmosphere, with table seating or seats at the sushi and cocktail bars. Delivery is available between 5:30pm and 9pm, with a selection of wine, beer and sake available for takeout and delivery.
