The Rogers' ranch house stands on the property, and features a polo field where the Will Rogers Polo Club plays, and where various equestrian activities are held. Visitors can hike a moderate three-mile trail, as well as the Backbone Trail that leads into the Santa Monica Mountains. Tour arrangements can be made for schools and other groups on Thursdays and Fridays.

The villa offers various cultural events during the year. Tours of the Villa arranged by appointment show the home's major rooms, the installed organ and its pipes and the front and rear patios.
