Coming home to email (there is no email in Cuba), looking through them, this one caught my eye. 'Suddenly closes.' I had to laugh out loud. I love my home pacific palisades and I know, deeply know how fortunate I am to live in such a beautiful community. Steve ran a great space that was in trouble further into the gutter. This is about as sudden as finding out that your government is corrupt.
Rick Caruso is about to take all that shopping area and make it into what it should be. Taub would have been eaten alive by Rick. Rick actually lives and loves the palisades too. It will be a noisy mess for a long time, but it will be worth it in the long run. There is no room for smarmy car salesmen in our beautiful community.
