Spectrum Athletic Clubs - Palisades

The Southern California-based Spectrum Athletic Clubs offer a wide range of fitness facilities and services, and the club found in the Palisades follows in that tradition. Group classes are held in three studios, and include Pilates, yoga, step, cycle, tai chi, stretch, cardio sculpt and boot camp. The spacious club also has an Internet station, men's and women's locker rooms, certified personal trainers and a steam room.
