Pali Blues Soccer Hosts Victoria Friday Night

Coming off a 1-0 triumph over the Los Angeles Strikers in their season opener last Saturday at Cal State Fullerton, the Pali Blues will play their first home game at  Palisades High's Stadium by the Sea against the Victoria Highanders on Friday.

Pali Blues left defender and midfielder were named to the W-League Team of the Week after each had a strong game in the victory over the Strikers. Guajardo assisted on forward 's goal with under three minutes left.

Despite having only three subs available, the Blues controlled play and outshot their opponents 18-8. The late goal gave new head coach a win in his first game with the Blues, now starting their fourth season in the W-League.
