The Palisades Charter High School drum line placed first in preliminaries and finals at the (Winter Guard International) on Saturday, Feb. 23 regional in Placentia. This was the drum line's first show of its spring competitive season, and the second year in a row they have placed in the highly competitive, international circuit.
