Understanding Men & Women in Relationship~Free workshop

Hi Everybody, I'm excited to announce the topic for our next co-ed workshop on July 18th.  We will be  exploring Holding Space.  Holding Space provides insight into both our physical and emotional/mental space and how to effectively create clear, strong boundaries and maintain them, which will create partnership in all contexts of our lives.  We will be teaching you how to get what you need without nagging or manipulation.
