He's been playing in the real estate rough for the last two years, but golfer Denis Watson and his wife Susan Loggans hope listing their Pacific Palisades compound back on the market will find a buyer, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Watson and Loggans have reportedly lowered their asking price two years ago by 40 percent, to $13.9 million from $23.5 million.
The nearly 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home features nine bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, and it sits on 2.5 acres next to Will Rogers State Park. The couple reportedly bought the property in 2004 from former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver.
Watson won three PGA titles in 1984.
