'Charming' Palisades Surpasses Million-Dollar Real Estate Feat

Noting its Hollywood appeal, observers of the Pacific Palisades real estate market reportedly saw multiple $1 million single-family real estate listings, a feat rarely seen in Los Angeles.

Hollywood continues to favor the quaint and secluded real estate market of Pacific Palisades, as evidenced last month where every single-family residence for sale was listed at more than $1 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

By the recent listing of Hilary Swank's pad, to 'Friends' actor Matt LeBlanc's home listing, to Matt Damon moving down the street from his pal Ben Affleck, to Diane Keaton buying her Palisades home, to a host of agents, directors, producers, writers, actors, actresses and showrunners, the 90272 is home to many million-dollar listings.

As prices have gone up, so have sales, and observers of Pacific Palisades' market are saying it's an attractive area to raze post-World War II bungalows for more expensive build-outs.
