The project is part of Proposition O voters passed in November 2004 to protect public health by cleaning polution in the city's watercourses, rivers, lakes, beaches and ocean. The proposed project includes the construction of a 120-foot stormwater line and a 416 square feet treatment plant on Temescal Canyon Road, north of Pacific Coast Highway.
