Thieves Commit Crimes of Opportunity at School, on Streets

Between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Feb. 13, someone stole an iPad left on a classroom desk at Palisades Charter High School.

Between Feb. 17 and Feb. 18, someone stole from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Hartzell. Police said someone entered the unlocked vehicle and made off with cash.

Between Feb. 22 and and Feb. 23, a suspect entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of Iliff Street and took a cell phone, sunglasses and a power cord.
