Palisades Tops List of Property Crime Reports in LA

Crimes reported to the LAPD are up in LA, with Granada Hills and the Palisades seeing a big increase.

According to data collected by the LA Times from July 7-July 13, crimes reported to the LAPD have taken a big jump. Granada Hills and five other LA neighborhoods have seen many more crime than usual.

Pacific Palisades was at the top of the list for property crime. Two other LA neighborhoods saw a significant jump, but the Palisades recorded 19 property crimes from July 7-July 13. The neighborhood had reported an average of 4.8 property crimes per week over the last three months.
