Neighbors in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood where the home of its newest resident Rihanna was the site of a suspected burglary on Feb. 21 say they never wanted the singer to move there, according to Celebuzz.
One neighbor said the incident was "very scary," with the area abuzz with helicopters circling and the nearby streets on lockdown.
Rihanna has reportedly not been spending time at her new home after moving from a leaky mansion in Beverly Hills, vacationing in Hawaii with troubled boyfriend Chris Brown.
