Pali Police Blotter: 8 Burglaries Plus House Party and Copper Wire Thefts

Home burglaries

• At 1:21 a.m. July 30 in the 15300 block of Antioch Avenue, a suspect smashed the front glass door to a business and took shoes and handbags, according to Los Angeles police.
• Between 5 p.m. July 26 and 10:30 p.m. July 29 in the 200 block of Entrada Drive, a suspect entered a home through a window and took a vehicle key, phone and jewelry. 
• Between 2 and 8:15 p.m. July 26 in the 700 block of Via de la Paz, a suspect pried open a window to enter a home but did not take property.
• Between 5:30 and 9 p.m. Aug. 1 in the 500 block of Toyopa Drive, a suspect pried open a door to enter home and took silverware, jewelry and sunglasses.

• Between 12 and 12:10 p.m. July 31 in the 700 block of Toyopa Drive at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway, a suspect entered a vehicle using keys left under the bumper and took an iPhone and wallet.
• Between 8 p.m. July 18 and 8 a.m. July 19 in the 500 block of Palisades Drive, a suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and took a garage door opener, sunglasses and medication.
• Between 11:45 and 11:50 a.m. Aug. 1 at the intersection of Chautauqua Boulevard and Corona del Mar, a suspect smashed a window to a vehicle and took wallet, camera and MP3 music player.
• At 4:09 a.m. Aug. 1 in the 700 block of Toyopa Drive, police say a suspect possibly used a device to enter a vehicle using the vehicle code but did not take any property.

• Between 12:15 and 12:30 a.m. Aug. 3 in the 600 block of East Channel Road, a suspect punched and kicked a vehicle, damaging the hood and headlights. Police identify the suspect as a white man at 5'10'' and 190 pounds and at 19 years old.
• Between 10:30 p.m. July 31 and 2 a.m. Aug. 1 in the 300 block of Sycamore Drive, a suspect vandalized a coffee table during a party.

• Between 10:30 p.m. July 31 and 2 a.m. Aug. 1 in the 300 block of Sycamore Drive, a suspect entered a location during a party and took a wallet and money.
• Between 10:30 p.m. July 31 and 2 a.m. Aug. 1 in the 300 block of Sycamore Drive, a suspect entered a location during a party and took a laptop computer, clothing and a suitcase.
  

• Between 5:45 a.m. July 30 and 7 a.m. July 31 in the 15900 block of Alcima Avenue, a suspect took copper wire from a home under construction.
• Between 2:30 p.m. July 31 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 1 in the 15900 block of Alcima Avenue, a suspect took copper wire from a home under construction.
