Pali Police Blotter: Men Charged in Robbery for Medication

Arrests after alleged robbery for medication

A 43-year-old man and a 60-year-old man were arrested at 11:30 a.m., May 23 at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Temescal Canyon Road. They were charged with robbery after taking medication from the victim by using bodily force, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Theft from vehicle

  • Between 12 and 2 p.m. May 22 at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Sunset Boulevard, a suspect entered the trunk of a vehicle and took an iPad, laptop computer and luggage.
  • Between 11:15 a.m. and 1:40 p.m. May 24 in the 17000 block of Pacifc Coast Highway, a suspect entered a vehicle and took handbags, a suitcase and a backpack.
Burglary
  • Between 11 p.m. May 19 and 8 a.m. May 20 in the 1300 block of Monument Avenue, a suspect entered a garage and took a bicycle.
  • Between 6 p.m. May 17 and 7 a.m. May 20 in the 500 block of Toyopa Drive, a suspect cut the latch from a storage unit and took tools.
Prowler sought

At 3:30 a.m. May 12 in the 700 block of Via de la Paz, a suspect entered the yard to a home and activated the alarm.

Stolen jewelry during open house

Between 2 p.m. May 18 and 11 p.m. May 19 in the 400 block of Almar Avenue, a suspect took jewelry during an open house.

Vandalism

Between 7 and 7:30 p.m. May 23 at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Porto Marina Way, a suspect smashed the window to a vehicle.
