Pali Police Blotter: Suspects ID'd in Business Burglary

The following information was supplied by the West L.A. Division of the Los Angeles Police Department.

2 men suspected of breaking into local business

At 2:55 a.m. Aug. 16 in 16600 block of Marquez Avenue, suspects pried open the door to a business and took money and alcoholic beverages. According to Los Angeles police, the suspects are identified as one white man, 5'10'' and 200 pounds and between 20 and 30 years old, and another man at 5'8'' and 195 pounds between 20 and 30 years old. Both were seen driving a dark-colored SUV.


Burglaries

  • Between 7:30 a.m. Aug. 2 and 10:30 p.m. Aug. 10 in the 400 block of Mesa Road, the suspect entered a victim's home through a window and took a painting, rug and watch. 
  • Between 2:30 and 4 p.m. Aug. 11 in the 17300 block of Sunset Boulevard, a suspect smashed the window to a vehicle and took a purse and wallet.
Stolen bike

Between 4 p.m. June 24 and 11:55 p.m. Aug. 11 in the 600 block of San Lorenzo, a suspect took a bicycle from the front yard of a property.

Vehicle spray-painted

Between 10 a.m. Aug. 9 and 2:30 p.m. Aug. 11 in the 100 block of Chautauqua Boulevard, a suspect spray-painted a vehicle.
