Pacific Palisades Police Blotter: Shoplifting Arrest and Man ID'd Taking Wallet

Man arrested for stealing food

A 53-year-old man was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on Oct. 12 in the 15400 block of Sunset Boulevard. He was charged with petty theft after shoplifting food from a business, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Man identified taking money and wallet from vehicle

On Oct 12 between 10:45 and 11 a.m. in the 800 block of Alma Real Drive, a suspect, described as a black man, with black hair, brown eyes, between the ages of 17 and 22 and 6 feet tall and weighing 190 pounds, pried open the window of a vehicle and took money and a wallet.

Petty theft

  • On Oct. 9 between 12:30 and 1:50 p.m. in the 15700 block of Bowdoin Street, a suspect, identified as a juvenile, took a cell phone, sweater and head phones.
  • On Oct. 12 between 12:20 and 1 p.m. in the 1400 block of Allenford Avenue, a cell phone was taken from a backpack.
