Pacific Palisades Police Blotter: Man Threatens to Kill Driver For Parking Near Home

In this week's crime roundup, police say a man threatens to kill a person for parking near his home.

The following crimes were reported between April 15 and April 21. The information was provided by the Los Angeles Police Department.

Burglary

15200 block of La Cruz Dr.

  • When: Between April 17 at 5:30 p.m. and April 18 at 7:40 a.m.
  • What happened: The suspect entered the victim's business through an unlocked door and took a credit card machine and money.

Grand Theft

1400 block of Allenford Ave.

  • When: April 18 at 12:10 p.m.
  • What happened: An 11-year-old female was arrested for grand theft after taking several cellphones, iPods and money from the backpacks of other students.

15300 block of Antioch St.

  • When: April 16 between 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
  • What happened: The suspect entered the victim's business, took several items of clothing and exited the business without paying for the property taken. The suspect was described by police as a 30-year-old white female with brown hair, was 5'6" tall and weighed 120 pounds.

Petty Theft

500 block of Lucero Ave.

  • When: Between April 10 at 12 p.m. and April 17 at 3 p.m.
  • What happened: The suspect contacted the victim saying he had packages to deliver to the victim but needed money transferred via wire before the transaction could be completed. The victim wired the money, however no packages were delivered.

1400 block of Allenford Ave.

  • When: April 20 at 7:30 p.m.
  • What happened: A 14-year-old male and a 13-year-old male were arrested for petty theft after taking the victim's cellphone from a gym locker.

Vandalism

16700 block of Sunset Blvd.

  • When: Between April 13 at 5 p.m. and April 14 at 2 p.m.
  • What happened: The suspect smashed a window on the victim's vehicle.

Criminal Threat

17800 block of Vicino Way

  • When: April 17 at 8:35 a.m.
  • What happened: The suspect threatened to kill the victim for parking near the suspect's home. Police described the suspect as a 60-year-old white male with black hair, blue eyes, 5'8" tall and weighed 200 pounds.
