Pacific Palisades Police Blotter: 5 Residential Burglaries in the Last Week

Alma Real Drive burglar/registered sex offender trips alarm

, 44, of Nevada, was charged with one count of residential burglary. On Aug. 11 at approximately 2:10 a.m., it's alleged Turner pried open the rear door to a home in the 600 block of Alma Real Drive, activated the alarm and ransacked the residence, according to . He was arrested at the scene. In addition, Turner is reportedly a registered sex offender in Nevada.

Police ID Enchanted Way burglary suspects

Michael Todd Jerry, 44, and Joshua Afi Ferdman, 24, were both charged with residential burglary. On Aug. 15 between 2 and 2:30 p.m., the suspects reportedly removed louvered slats from a rear window to a residence in the 900 block of Enchanted Way and allegedly took jewelry and wine. They were later stopped and arrested.

  • Between 6 p.m. on Aug. 8 and 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 9, the suspect reportedly entered the pool room to a residence in the 40 block of Haldeman Road via an unlocked window. Audio equipment and games were removed.
  • Between 1 and 9 a.m. on the 16000 block of Akron Street, the suspect attemped to pry open the front door without success. No property was taken.
  • On Aug. 14 between 7 and 8:30 p.m., the suspect(s) entered a mobile home on the 16000 block of the Pacific Coast Highway via an unlocked front door. Jewelry was reportedly taken. 

Stolen Moon Bounce

On Aug 9. on the 15000 block of Sunset Boulevard, the suspects removed a moon bounce, an inflatable bounce house, from the front yard. No times were provided.
