Did You Lose a Lot of Jewelry at Will Rogers State Beach?
It may be waiting for your at the lifeguard main tower.
Patch reader Nicola Buck is hoping someone realizes they just lost a "significant amount" of jewelry.
That's because a lot of jewelry was recently found in the vicinity of Will Rogers State Beach.
Here's her note to Patch, to get the word out:
A significant amount of jewelry was found this morning in the vicinity of Will Rogers Beach earlier this morning. The items were left at lifeguard main tower at station 14. Where the Baywatch boat is. Please contact them immediately to identify your lost pieces and where you may have lost them. The lifeguards hand items over to the LA police (West LA branch) after about a week. This may have a link with someone at Pali High whose kids surf so please ask around.
