3.0-Magnitude Earthquake Shakes the Southland

The quake is centered near Marina del Rey. There are no reports of injuries.

A small 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck the Southland at around 11:48 a.m. Friday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The epicenter of the quake is just northwest of Marina del Rey and two miles southeast of Santa Monica, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

There were no reports of injuries.
