Open Neighborhoods helps educate communities about all aspects of energy efficiency, including solar on commercial properties, energy rebates, conservation and tips.  The Los Angeles based group formed in 2009, currently has 14 Open Neighborhoods communities including Pacific Palisades, Venice, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Malibu and Mar Vista.
