Five PaliHigh Seniors Sign Commitments to Play Football at Four Year Colleges

Today there was a commitment ceremony at Palisades Charter High School for the five seniors that have committed to play college football next year.  The seniors were Gabe Kern, Menlo College; Andre Brembre, UVA-Wise; Kevin Acosta, University of Redlands; Austin Applegate, Denison College; and Nate Breale, Menlo College. The ceremony was arranged by Perry Jones, the former coach of the football team, who lead the team to its first winning season in close to ten years.  Over the past four years, Palisades Charter High School has improved the number of students playing football at 4-year colleges every year from zero, to one, to two, and now five. That does not include the students that went to junior college and are now playing at Division 1 and Division 2 schools.  Who says you have to live in Texas to see real football. You don’t have to go further than the Stadium at the Sea. Go Dolphins!!!
