Matt LeBlanc, star of the hit NBC sitcom Friends, put his nearly 4,000 square foot 1930s Spanish-style home located just south of in Pacific Palisades up for lease, according to realtor.com (photos available here). The asking price is just under $13,000.
The home on the half-acre property has been recently remodeled and features four bedrooms, five bathrooms and panoramic canyon views.
LeBlanc starred as Joey Tribbiani on Friends in the 1990s, as well as the same character in the recent spin-off Joey. He currently plays a fictional version of himself on the BBC/Showtime series Episodes.
