PPWC Health and Beauty Event: New Year, New You!

The Pacific Palisades Woman’s Club is
having an evening of pampering and beauty consultations to rejuvenate you for
the New Year! The Health and Beauty Event will be held on January 23, 2014
from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  Open to the community,
this event will provide participants a chance to chat with a health and fitness
expert, try out a new skin care line, or experience a mini-blowout. There will
be light refreshments, and the first 50 participants will receive a gift bag
with discounts and samples from participating experts and vendors. There will also be raffles for full consultations and certificates worth over $150 for
participants.

Alison Burmeister of Balanced Beauty will be providing skincare and beauty consultations and doing mini-microdermabrasion treatments using Rodan + Fields skincare products.  Fahi’s Skin and Wax Bar will be offering services as well. Participants will have an opportunity to talk to the experts at Clarissa Costa Pilates, QT Fitness and Studio K about fitness plans for the new you.  Dr. Akemi Rico of Uber Essentials, Rico Wellness, and Dr. Barbara Kagan of Kagan Physical Therapy will be available for sampling of essential oils and physical therapy consultations. Arbonne and Bullenbees Skincare experts will be sharing their skincare products of natural ingredients without artificial colors and fragrances.  Enjoy a mini-blowout by personal stylist Alicia Sierra of Alicia Does My Hair, private in-home styling and hair care services.  Additional participating experts in health include chiropractic expert Dr. Jane George, DC with Body Mind Align and cosmetic dental expert Dr. Susan Cane, DDS of Pacific Palisades Dentistry.

Admission to the event is $20 per
