In each class we explore ways to have FUN and to express ourselves via Yoga Poses, Breathing, Play, Laughter, Meditation, Art Making, and Transformation! The location is inspiring and elemental located in a beautiful Malibu, Ocean side Art Studio Everyday there is loads of inspiration and heART at the studio, from an uber of abundance of art supplies. skilled and caring instructors, and there is always dolphins dancing in the surf and pelicans diving into the depths of Mama Ocean.
