Community Clean Up Event

Odysseus Bostick, candidate for City Council in LA’s district 11 (Pacific Palisades, Venice, Mar Vista, Brentwood), is kicking off his campaign with a community service day in Westchester on Saturday, December 1st that is centered around a community clean up.

Bostick, a teacher and father of three, is running on a reform platform that begins with the city’s budget.

Residents who wish to participate in the clean up event, can visit http://www.bostick4la.com/westchester_cleanup to sign-up. Volunteers can pitch in with the community clean.

The Bostick team will also be collecting uniforms from AYSO families who wish to donate them to Peace Passers, a non-profit that recycles soccer uniforms in order to provide impoverished kids in the third world with equipment to play.

They will also be collecting socks, coats, and canned food for area’s needy families. If you can’t make it that day, please contact us to arrange for a pick-up.
