Tree Branch Falls on Marquez Avenue

The Bureau of Street Services handled the call. No one was hurt and there was no damage.

A tree branch fell Thursday afternoon in the Marquez Avenue area in front of . No one was hurt and nothing was damaged.

According to the Bureau of Street Services, a resident called in the incident at approximately 2:45 p.m., saying the branch came down without warning and blocked the whole sidewalk. A 911 call was reportedly referred to Street Services. Passersby moved the fallen branch to a parking space to free up the sidewalk around 4:30 p.m., and it's still there.
