Due to construction at the Sunset Boulevard on-ramp, Sepulveda Boulevard will be closed on week nights from Dec. 5-16, according to Metro.
Metro officials say crews will be completing bridge falsework installation for the Sunset Boulevard on-ramp. Falsework, according to Metro, is something that helps support structures during construction.
Sepulveda Boulevard will be closed between Montana Avenue and Church Lane/Ovada Place from 9 p.m.-6 a.m. beginning on Dec. 5. Work will be completed on weeknights through Dec. 16.
Detours for the Sepulveda Boulevard closures are as follows:
- Traffic traveling south on Sepulveda Boulevard will be detoured to southbound Church Lane, to eastbound Montana Avenue and back to Sepulveda.
- Traffic traveling north on Sepulveda Boulevard will be detoured to westbound Montana Avenue, to northbound Church Lane and back to Sepulveda.
Metro says local access for residents will be maintained and emergency responders will have access to the area.
