PayDay Pummels REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups: PayDay is the only candy that lists peanuts (instead of sugar) as its first ingredient.

Kit Kat Crushes Twix: On a scale of calories and sugar, these two are pretty similar, but surprisingly, Twix has no caramel listed on its ingredients.

M&Ms Sneak Past Skittles: M&Ms have a little less protein and offer a small amount of calcium and protein.

Baby Ruth Beats Snickers: At first glance, both bars are equal offenders to your health. But Snickers bars are a larger than Baby Ruth bars, so it loses just based on size, because that means more calories.

Whoppers Whip Milk Duds: Like the Baby Ruth victory, Whoppers win partially due to a smaller serving size. But the malt balls also come out on top because Milk Duds are a dental hazard, as the candies tend to stick to your teeth.
