Public school is right around the corner, so to celebrate the beginning of "Mom's Summer",  we are offering specials for the moms of the Palisades!    

Drop off your kids then join us for a QT Class!  Your days of driving 30 minutes to take your favorite fitness classes are over!  We are conveniently located in the Highlands Shopping Center, next to Taste. We have plenty of free parking so you don't need to waste your time looking for street parking.
