QT Fitness Debuts in Pacific Palisades

Women's fitness studio opens in Highland Plaza with customized personal training sessions.

Women can unlock their inner goddess with the opening of the female fitness studio, QT Fitness, in Palisades' Highland Plaza.

With its highly personalized first-class service, QT Fitness caters specifically to women, offering an array of specialty classes from spinning to barre to yoga as well as customized personal training sessions.

It opens its doors on June 29, and owner, health and fitness expert Danielle Robinson says potential clients can experience a complimentary class during the studio’s opening weekend.

“We believe that every women deserves to look and feel their very best,” Robinson said, who fell in love with the Palisades 10 years ago when she experienced the small town feel at the community's annual Fourth of July celebration.

“My unique all female fitness brand fills a niche in this health-minded community, offering a means to build self-esteem and bolster confidence through fun, safe workouts that yield real results."

Created around the fresh fitness concept that "Feeling Fit is Fabulous," QT Fitness welcomes women of all fitness levels from novice to experienced. Its reflected in both the comfort and convenience of the studio’s spa-like atmosphere as well as intimate class sizes.

“Our goal is to educate and empower women through the warm and friendly community created within our distinctive studio space," Robinson added.

The business is tailored for a wide age range and a variety of body types, Robinson said, and the exercises can also be modified to meet the needs of the clients including pregnant women. QT Fitness alsooffers yoga classes for “Little QTs” ages 2 to 6. Personal training is available upon request.

Some specialized classes include Spin QT, Barre QT, Yogi QT and Prenatal QT.
