Andrew I. Sands has joined Brentwood-based Lowe Enterprises Investors (LEI) as Senior Vice President to lead the firm’s growing multifamily investment activities. Sands, of Pacific Palisades, will be responsible for developing and implementing multifamily investment strategies and overseeing property and portfolio performance.
"Andy’s deep experience in all types of real estate investment, and particularly his talent with multifamily properties, will be a tremendous benefit to us as we seek to expand our national multifamily portfolio," said Brad Howe, CEO of LEI, in a press release. "He is a welcome addition to our team."
Previously, Sands was a founding partner of Brooktree Realty Investors, a private investment firm involved in multifamily investments that completed more than $90 million in transactions during his tenure. Prior to that, he served as managing principal and senior manager of the Los Angeles office of ING Realty Partners where he was directly responsible for over $1.6 billion in transactions.
Sands completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University and earned his MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson and a resident of Pacific Palisades.
