You've seen the ads in the newspaper, on television and online … holiday shopping deals that no shopper in a turkey-induced haze can resist. There's Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday to worry about. But are you really getting a deal?
ABC News revealed five so-called "ploys" retailers may have planned to get you to whip out your wallet.
So whether you're heading to the Village in the Palisades, the mall in Century City or the Santa Monica Promenade, keep your eyes peeled for the deals. But make sure you aren't being taken for a ride!
