  • When: Nov. 5, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Event: An art exhibit, featuring drawings and paintings reflecting the scenery of Will Rogers State Historic Park and the Santa Monica Mountains will be on display on Nov. 5 in honor of Rogers' birthday.
  • Cost: $12, Cash or Check Only

  • When: Nov. 5, 2-5:30 p.m.
  • Event: Western-themed food and games will entertain families to benefit Palisades Enrichment Programs.
  • Cost: Free admission, game tickets and food are priced separately

  • Where: Topanga Community House, 1440 N. Topanga Canyon Blvd., Topanga
  • When: Nov. 5, 10 a.m.-midnight
  • Event: Sample chili with all the toppings. Plus, there will be live music, entertainment and hiking to help you work up an appetite.
  • Cost: Free admission, food is priced separately

  • Event: Theatre Palisades presents a comedy about a Hollywood producer who locks himself in his office to write a revised screenplay in a week.
  • Cost: $18 General Admission, $16 Seniors/Students

  • Where: Cafe Vida, 15317 Antioch St. Pacific Palisades
  • When: Nov. 5-6, 8 a.m.-9 p.m. (During Cafe Vida restaurant hours)
  • Event: Local artist Gregory Alper displays artwork inspired by the Beatles and archetypes at Cafe Vida. The works are Time Dimensional Art, which is a photomontage of images at different ages, or points in time.
  • Cost: Free
