Monday Essentials: Swim Lessons, Meals on Wheels and More

Here are five things to know in Pacific Palisades today.

Here are five things residents of Pacific Palisades need to know today.

1. Swim lessons for beginners are scheduled to start on Monday at the Pacific Palisades/Malibu YMCA. The classes will take place at 1:15 p.m. and 2 p.m. To sign up, or to get more details, visit the website online.

2. With the recent heat wave, you might want to take advantage of the public pool hours at the Maggie Gilbert Aquatic Center at Pali High. Click here to find out more.

3. Meals On Wheels West serves the Pacific Palisades community and provides home delivered meals to the elderly as well as anyone who is homebound due to an illness, disability or recovery.

4. Do you know of a lost or found pet, or simply want to announce something to the community? Post any information to the Announcements Board to get the word out immediately!
