Join  the  ladies  of  the  PPWC and the MomFair  for a morning of high energy talk. Whether you want to work from home, write a book, launch a product company, transition back to an office environment or start a business we want to help. Our program features successful working Moms and Mompreneuers,  resources and a mini job fair. 
Enjoy a panel discussion with three extraordinary women. These Mom Entrepreneurs have made a go of balancing the challenges of family and entrepreneurship. 

Kristin Nelson, founded LA Kids Consignment and created the largest seasonal marketplace for new and gently-used, high-end children's clothing, furniture, toys and accessories. 

Brook Dougherty is a serial entrepreneur, founding the group Young Angels to fill a need in the teen activity void with philanthropic intent. 



Diane Prince Johnston is the CEO and Founder of Winnie & Kat,  a direct sales clothing company. Founded in Malibu, California; it offers ethically-made. contemporary women’s clothing. 

Moderator Laura Nix Gerson is the CEO of MomAngeles and the Founder of TheMomFair. A Mompreneur herself, and avid supporter of working Moms, Laura is delighted to join the Palisades Woman’s Club in introducing these fantastic Moms to all of you.

Our Job Fair and Career Counseling, affords Moms the opportunity to meet with career counselors and recruiters who can help Moms transition back into the work place. NO SITTER?  BRING YOUR TODDLER OR BABY WITH YOU

UrbanSitter will be at the event with their team of talented sitters to watch your little ones ages 0 – 4. There will be a designated play area with safe toys and books for your kids. And Books & Cookies will be there to do story time too.
