LADOT: Change the parking signs at Sunset Beach, Pacific Palisades

Aloha!  Please sign and share our petition to get the parking signs changed at Sunset Beach, Pacific Palisades. http://chn.ge/18drGVt    This past week has been brutal, the parking attendants have been out nearly every morning issuing tickets to surfers at like 5 minutes to 6. The signs are there to deter overnight parking. Surfers aren't the problem. If its about revenue for the city, why aren't they out issuing tickets to those who cruise by and park at like 2am and throw all their cigarette butts, fast food and beer bottles on the rocks?
