Southern California Celebrates Tradition at the Riviera

Some fans have made it a tradition to come out to the historic course for the Northern Trust Open every year.

Newlyweds Anna and Rama Raju have been coming to the Northern Trust Open for just about three years. They drive all the way from Redondo Beach to the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades each year.

Rama is a big fan of golf. In fact, he even dressed like Tiger Woods Friday because he felt someone should represent the golf star if he wasn't going to play the course. However, Anna says she enjoys just simply being outdoors. Although, she does admit her favorite player is Murrieta golfer Rickie Fowler because she likes his outfits. Fowler is known for his bright Puma attire.

According to Northern Trust Open General Manager Mike Bone, the tournament has been a tradition for 88 years at the Riviera and he hopes it will continue for many more.
